By accessing or using Talmow you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Talmow on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

The service

Talmow provides a commercial operating platform for retail businesses, including selling, inventory, payments, reconciliation, reporting, and related features. Features vary by plan and configuration.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered, compliance with local laws and regulations (including tax and retail requirements), managing user access within your organization, and maintaining the security of account credentials.

Acceptable use

You may not use Talmow for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise platform security, reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law, or resell access without authorization.

Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed according to your agreement with Talmow. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Pricing terms are confirmed during sales and onboarding.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talmow is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
