Access control

Role-based permissions scope users from cashier to owner. Sensitive actions route through approval workflows with full audit logging.

Encryption and transport

Data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Credentials and secrets are stored using industry-standard hashing and encryption practices.

Audit and monitoring

Administrative actions, approvals, overrides, and configuration changes are logged. We monitor for anomalous access patterns.

Incident response

We maintain procedures for identifying, containing, and notifying customers of security incidents in accordance with applicable law and contractual commitments.
